You have the flexibility to schedule meetings with Debbie whenever needed, whether it is to enhance the support you receive from Catching Up Workshops or to enhance your current therapy or other forms of help. Collaborating with Debbie allows you to explore various perspectives, strategies, and resources to address your concerns and enhance your personal growth. It is important to note that these sessions are designed to provide psychological education and are not meant to treat trauma or other mental health disorders. Additionally, this service is not covered by health insurance.
